About the Role
The Company is seeking a City President to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader and role model, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and driving the implementation of innovative tools to enhance efficiency and profitable growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the company's mission and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment that encourages employee development and achievement. The City President will be responsible for converting strategic plans into operational goals, resolving customer service issues, ensuring policy adherence, and mentoring and coaching employees. Additionally, the role involves sourcing and managing lending, deposit, and cash management opportunities, as well as participating in community events to promote the company's presence. Applicants for the City President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, with a preference for 1-2 years' of related experience. The role demands a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with mathematical and statistical concepts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial institution operating policies, banking regulations, and employee development. Proficiency in computer software is required, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. The City President will also be involved in management committees and must be prepared for occasional travel to outside locations.
