About the Position

Working within an expansive 25+ facility regional provider network, this primary care role focuses on delivering comprehensive medical care, managing chronic conditions, and promoting preventative health for families and patients across a prosperous 10-county region.

• Provide comprehensive patient care including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical best practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical programs.
• Educate patients and families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Provide consultation services when required.
• Adhere to hospital policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in on-call coverage as required by the department.
• Support community outreach and preventive health initiatives.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in the relevant specialty (Family Medicine).
• Valid medical license (or eligibility) in the state of Ohio.
• DEA certification if required for the specialty.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• No red flags and hit on license.
