About the Position

Join a leading, partner-backed healthcare provider in west-central Ohio offering a permanent, high-priority OB/GYN position. Working within a comprehensive 300-bed regional hospital and an expansive modern outpatient infrastructure, this role focuses on delivering high-quality, full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care to women of all ages across a prosperous 10-county region.

• Provide comprehensive patient care including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical best practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical programs.
• Educate patients and families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Provide consultation services when required.
• Adhere to hospital policies, regulatory standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in on-call coverage as required by the department.
• Support community outreach and preventive health initiatives.
• Deliver comprehensive prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care for routine and high-risk pregnancies.
• Diagnose and treat general gynecologic conditions while conducting preventive screenings and women’s health consultations.
• Perform a full spectrum of gynecologic surgeries and minimally invasive procedures in a state-of-the-art operative suite.
• Collaborate closely with regional maternal-fetal medicine specialists and pediatric/neonatal teams.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in the relevant specialty (Obstetrics & Gynecology).
• Valid medical license (or eligibility) in the state of Ohio.
• DEA certification if required for the specialty.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• No red flags and hit on license.
