This includes tasks like viewing, searching, and downloading permissioned documents. The ideal candidate must have experience using the ServiceNow Testing Module . Responsibilities: Develop and enforce Test Plans and strategy. Coordinate testing efforts, manage test resources, and drive automation. Recommend testing frameworks and tools for regression testing. Document test progress and report metrics. Mitigate testing risks using best practices and techniques. Improve QA processes and manage quality control matrices.
