Executive Administrative Assistant

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, in-person role for an Administrative Assistant to the Sales Director. This role involves managing customer support, order entry, clerical tasks, macro and micro data analysis, providing high-level executive administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include customer interaction, order workflow management, data entry and analysis, handling communications, maintaining records. QualificationsAptitude to work in a start-up style, dynamic, fast paced environment, where the goal post can change. Stress Tolerance and ability to "read between the lines" to extract deeper meaning.High Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including managing schedules, documentation, and office operations.Task Prioritization and Attention to Detail.Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional interactions with internal and external stakeholdersProficiency in office productivity software such as Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP are preferred.Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlinesPrior experience in a similar administrative or executive assistant role is a plusAssociate's degree or equivalent experience in administration, office management, or a related field
