ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’ve been in the insurance business for 10 years, and my family has been part of the industry for more than 67 years. Today, our agency includes a team of eight and continues to grow with a strong focus on professionalism, service, and long-term career development.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Penn State University and a CLU designation, and I’m licensed across multiple states in property and casualty, life and health, annuities, and financial services. Our office was also recognized as a 2026 Top 3 “Best of the Best” insurance agency in Southwest Pennsylvania.

Community involvement is a big part of who we are. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Britney Hollick - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
