Technical Support Analyst

Our client, a global leader in enterprise IT services and digital transformation, is seeking a First Level Analyst to join their team in Plano, TX. In this role, you'll support the contact center systems that power a Global Service Desk, working with technologies including Microsoft Windows (Client & Server), Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, web-based applications, and enterprise contact center infrastructure . Contract Duration: 6 months with extension to conversion This is a FULLY ONSITE role in Plano, TX. Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in an IT Help Desk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support role High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Experience with Microsoft Windows Client and Server operating systems Knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based applications Experience using ServiceNow or another IT Service Management (ITSM) platform Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of urgency Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests Desired Skills & Experience Previous Help Desk or Service Desk experience Experience supporting contact center technologies IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications Experience with remote troubleshooting and support tools Passion for continuous learning and professional development What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support for enterprise contact center systems through phone, email, chat, and ticketing platforms. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and application issues while escalating complex incidents as needed. Perform remote installations, upgrades, repairs, and proactive system health checks to ensure optimal performance. Document incidents, service requests, and technical resolutions while maintaining accurate records in ServiceNow or other ITSM tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery, support high-priority incidents, and enhance the overall customer experience.
