MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Strong technical ability and troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication as well as customer service skills
Ability to effectively operate within set guidelines, policies, and procedures
Exceptional customer-facing skills
High degree of demonstrated professionalism
Solid helpdesk experience, including support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 workstations
Supporting Windows workstations in a Microsoft Windows domain
Supporting network peripherals such as printers, handhelds, and mobile devices including iPhone and Android
CompTIA A+ certification is a plus but not required
