Lead DevOps Engineer
Location: Plano, TX - Day1 Onsite

Job Description:
- Senior DevOps Lead responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing secure CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
- This role leads and mentors DevOps teams while also acting as a strong individual contributor, driving automation across build, test, deployment, monitoring, and environment provisioning to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of production systems.
- The position collaborates closely with development, QA, SRE, and security teams to build reliable, containerized microservices platforms, embed DevSecOps practices, and maintain compliance with standards such as SOC2, ISO27001, HIPAA, and GDPR.
- The engineer troubleshoots complex issues across distributed applications, improves developer productivity through self-service tooling and platform engineering principles, and continuously enhances observability, incident management, and system reliability metrics (SLAs/SLOs/SLIs).
