With 30 years of experience as a State Farm agent, Ive built a well-established and respected agency just outside the Pennsylvania metro area, serving customers across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Over the years, Ive prioritized stability, loyalty, and genuine relationships, resulting in exceptionally low turnoverjust 12 hires in 29 years, with several team members staying until retirement.

Today, our close-knit team consists of two dedicated team members who embody the same family-focused values that guide my leadership style. Im married with three kids, and I lead with kindness, integrity, and respect, fostering a supportive and people-oriented environment.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Ed Quintus - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
