Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients, identifying their unique needs and creating customized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using appropriate therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based methods.

• Utilize behavioral techniques and therapeutic exercises to promote mental well-being and facilitate client progress.

• Maintain meticulous and current documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes within our electronic medical records system.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of advancements in the mental health field, ensuring the highest quality of care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a diverse range of individuals and couples facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, and trauma. As a therapist, your ability to build rapport and create a safe, supportive environment is critical for fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships and achieving positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with clients empathetically.

• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
