Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. This position plays a key role in the monthly financial close process, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and supporting various accounting functions across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general ledger accounting and account reconciliations, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment Role and Responsibilities Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes. Prepare and maintain general ledger account reconciliations and supporting documentation. Analyze financial data and investigate account variances. Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal financial reports. Support financial reporting requirements for management and executive leadership. Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies. Assist with internal and external audit requests. Support the Accounting Supervisor with day-to-day accounting operations. Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies. Assist with process improvements and implementation of accounting best practices. Perform special projects and ad hoc assignments as requested by the Accounting Supervisor or executive leadership. Preferred Skills and Abilities Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Experience with SAP ERP systems. Experience working within a multinational or international corporation. Exposure to financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Knowledge of cost accounting principles. Process improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and increased responsibilities. Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn new skills. Strong business acumen and ability to support decision-making through financial analysis. Interest in long-term professional growth and career development within the Finance organization.
