What You'll Do

• Circulate in the OR for complex surgical procedures including robotic, neuro-spine, bariatric, urology, and transplant surgeries
• Assist with pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Support surgical team during case preparation and sterile technique
• Collaborate with anesthesia, surgical techs, and other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and patient care standards
• Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech Expanse EMR
• Provide coverage for scheduled on-call and holiday shifts as needed

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum of 2 years OR nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Experience with robotic (Da Vinci), neuro, or transplant surgeries preferred
• Ability to pass an EKG competency exam prior to start

• Neuro-spine/neuro-vascular experience
• Transplant experience (kidney, liver, pancreas)
• Cardiac/thoracic experience
• Previous Meditech EMR experience
