A leading manufacturer of LED products is searching for an experienced AR/AP Specialist to join their team!  This is an incredible opportunity to join a global company that is at the forefront of their industry.  They are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in AR/AP roles.  The company has a great work culture where they have a casual, team-oriented atmosphere and provide frequent lunches, and dinner outings to foster camaraderie across departments.
 
Pay Range: $40,000 - $55,000 DOE
 
Responsibilities:

• Manage and process accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks efficiently
• Handle daily transactions, including invoice processing, payment postings, and general ledger entries
• Engage in lead generation activities, including cold calling and information gathering to support the sales team
• Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Accounting for initial training and to achieve department goals

• 3-5 years of experience in AR/AP roles
• Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with Global Shop Solutions is a plus
• Degree in Accounting is preferred
• Knowledge of international currencies, specifically RMP, is advantageous
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer service mindset
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently after initial training
