Position Overview:

ZaphyrRecruit is seeking a results-driven Industrial Project Manager – Growth & Lifecycle Lead to oversee scaffolding and insulation projects while driving business growth across the industrial and commercial sectors.

This role combines sales, business development, and project management , requiring the successful candidate to manage the complete project lifecycle—from client acquisition, estimating, and bidding through project execution, closeout, final invoicing, and payment collection.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in industrial sales and project management , strong business development capabilities, and a proven ability to manage project budgets, profitability, risk, safety, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development across nationwide industrial and commercial markets.
• Identify, develop, and acquire new clients and business opportunities.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including bidding, planning, execution, closeout, billing, and final payment collection.
• Manage project budgets, monitor P&L, and maintain project profitability.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements, including OSHA/MSHA standards .
• Support successful project closeout and final invoicing.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and project management , with a strong emphasis on industrial projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing industrial projects from client acquisition through final invoicing/payment collection .
• Proven ability to drive business growth and develop new client relationships.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, P&L management, and profitability.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated safety leadership in industrial environments.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
