Title Receptionist Opportunity

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Title Receptionist opportunity with a Title Company in Boerne.

The Title Receptionist is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include:

• Answering incoming calls.
• Handling mail distribution.
• Greeting and assisting customers.
• Assisting title staff with Order Entry, receipting of Earnest Money Contracts, and client follow-up.

Required qualifications for the position include :

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of previous experience in managing a front desk/reception area.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, by phone and by email.

Pay Rate $20.00 per hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
