Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or similar degree or Six (6) years equivalent education or experience required. Lean or six sigma Experience and a CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) is preferred. Additionally Four (4) years of either Supplier Development, Supply Management, Supplier Quality or other area of expertise with direct supplier performance management in an industrial manufacturing environment. Knowledge of the development and production processes Knowledge of industrial management methods (kanban, MRP2, VMI, EDI…) Educational level: min. Bac +5 (Master's Degree equivalent) Mastery of Quality tools (AMDEC, 8D, Ishikawa, 5P, etc.) Cross-functional management Operational experience of over 5 years fully in contact with suppliers in a structure such as purchasing, supply chain, quality Proficiency in written and spoken English Project management Lean-Sigma Greenbelt Strong knowledge of Procurement systems, operations, methods, procedures and “Lean Supply Chain”.
