About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Commercial Insights and Analytics (I&A) in the Immunology sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing I&A team, driving the strategic direction of I&A that aligns with commercial business unit priorities, and serving as a key member of the Immunology CBU Leadership Team. This role demands a professional with over 20 years of pharmaceutical or biotech commercial experience, a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and a proven track record in business analytics, customer insights, and competitive intelligence. The Executive Director will be expected to mentor the team, translate complex analyses into actionable insights, and collaborate with senior leadership to inform business decisions. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should possess a strong background in the legal and regulatory environment of the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, as well as knowledge of data industry standards. The role requires the ability to influence and negotiate with management at all levels, manage multiple projects, and implement large initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders. Expertise in data visualization, data storytelling, and a Master's degree is preferred. Experience with co-promotes and a deep understanding of the immunology disease category are also highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, strong organizational and change management skills, and the ability to work effectively across various departments.
