ADE – Field Sales Representative (Dallas Area)

This role supports a new delivery program by recruiting local businesses to join a hub delivery partner network across the Dallas metro area. You will spend most of your time in the field visiting prospective businesses, presenting the program, qualifying leads, and guiding owners through the application process while managing your pipeline in Salesforce. You will collaborate closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors to drive referrals, coordinate recruitment events, and build strong relationships with community organizations. The position offers uncapped commission with structured incentives and mileage reimbursement, making it ideal for driven field sales professionals who enjoy door-to-door outreach and territory-based work.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within up to a 90-minute driving distance to introduce the delivery partner program.
• Present and pitch the new delivery program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest in applying.
• Qualify prospective businesses to ensure they meet program requirements and guide them through the full application process.
• Lead and track sales activity using Salesforce, including maintaining an organized pipeline of prospects and partners.
• Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
• Collaborate closely with the Field Manager and other local contractors to plan and host recruitment events in the community, such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall meetings.
• Work with the Field Manager to engage local influencers and organizations, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to drive referrals and expand program awareness.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and new partners, answering questions and resolving issues during the application and onboarding process.
• Proactively identify and solve problems for applicants in the field, ensuring a smooth experience from initial contact through launch.
• Manage territory coverage efficiently, organizing daily routes to maximize door-to-door outreach and conversion opportunities.
• Meet and exceed performance targets tied to partner applications, launches, and post-launch milestones to maximize commission earnings.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, urgency, and enthusiasm while representing the delivery program in the community.

Essential Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Proven outside or field sales experience, including door-to-door or territory-based sales.
• Experience using a CRM system is required; Salesforce experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence customers or business owners.
• High level of professionalism and a strong sense of urgency in daily work.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage data and documentation.
• Problem-solving skills to support applicants and resolve issues in the field.
• Tech-savvy, with experience working with multiple systems and technology tools, including Excel and CRM platforms.
• Ability to travel up to approximately 4 hours round-trip daily within the assigned territory.
• Comfort working independently in a field-based role the majority of the week.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Field sales experience beyond the minimum requirements is a plus.
• Prior experience in roles that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish are preferred for Dallas-area locations.
• Hindi language skills are a significant plus.
• Experience organizing or supporting community events such as lunch-and-learns or town hall meetings.
• Familiarity with working alongside chambers of commerce, economic development associations, or similar community organizations.
• Motivation to work in a commission-driven environment with uncapped earning potential.

Work Environment

This is a primarily field-based role, with 4–5 days per week spent visiting businesses in person across the Dallas metro area and surrounding towns within up to a 90-minute to 2-hour driving distance. The position requires regular travel, with the ability to drive up to approximately 4 hours round trip daily. When not in the field, you will work from home to manage your pipeline, update Salesforce, and prepare for upcoming outreach and events. The role covers multiple locations, including Dallas, as well as areas in or near Addison and Garland/Richardson. The work environment is fast-paced and performance-driven, with uncapped commission and structured incentives tied to partner applications, launches, and sustained engagement. Compensation includes the opportunity to earn commission per partner converted, added monthly incentives for hitting goals, and mileage reimbursement at a stated per-mile rate. After six months of successful performance, you become eligible for paid time off. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.50/hr.
