That’s where you come in! As a Digital Access Guide with MFS CASH Oregon, you’ll help taxpayers log in to online accounts like ID.me, SSA.gov, and IRS.gov so they can get the documents they need to file their returns. By providing one‑on‑one support to help them confidently use these tools, you’re enabling them to file returns that otherwise couldn’t be completed. No tax prep needed! We’ll provide the training and support you need to feel comfortable in this vital role. Just bring your patience, empathy, and comfort with technology!
