• Netherlands salary range: €53,108 - €66,385

• UK salary range: £37,588 - £46,985

• US National salary range: $69,848 - $87,309

• New York salary range: $76,666 - $95,832

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Rainforest Alliance is looking for a dynamic and collaborative Digital Advertising, Senior Associate to join our Marketing & Communications team. You will help grow our mission by raising global awareness of the Rainforest Alliance and promoting purposeful audience engagement by implementing our paid media strategy on our global Meta, TikTok and Google channels.

The Digital Advertising, Senior Associate reports to our Consumer Engagement Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop and execute an online ads strategy to build brand awareness and engaged audiences

• Contribute to broader digital marketing and audience strategy in collaboration with the wider team

• Manage end-to-end ad publishing across all global channels

• Monitor campaign performance live and lead daily optimization

• Design and run A/B tests on creatives and messaging

• Draft ad copy, call-to-actions, and captions for wider team approval

• Review ad creative and recommend revisions informed by performance data, platform best practices and latest trends

• Translate performance data into relevant creative and audience insights for internal and external creative teams

• Deliver regular high-level reporting on our paid media performance, audiences, and important insights

• Coordinate the translation process to adapt ad content for global markets

• Partner with the data analytics specialist on data infrastructure setup and maintenance

• Refine lead generation ad strategy based on email marketing data insights

• Use AI tools to enhance the efficiency of content publishing and optimization

• Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments — and share relevant insights with the wider team

 

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across digital platforms

• Excellent written, editing and verbal proficiency in English is necessary

• Demonstrated experience in lead generation

• Experience with audience building and retention

• Familiar with digital marketing and social media trends

• Experience coordinating with third parties
