Head of Marketing

You bring results, not reports? We're hiring a Head of Marketing measured by qualified leads that turn into paid jobs. WeFix is a home appliance repair service in the US: ~140 technicians across 10 states. We're growing fast, expanding into new markets and launching new service lines. Our marketing works: lead flow is steady and the routine is in place. But nobody has tested how much further it can go. We don't need someone to maintain it. We need someone to multiply it. The outcome of this role: a growing flow of qualified leads across every WeFix city and service line, at or below the target cost per lead. What you'll do: Take over marketing and find out what's working, what isn't, and what it really costs Build a growth plan by city and channel, with numbers and deadlines, and defend it Execute it: launch, test, scale what pays back, kill what doesn't Build an AI-first marketing function: AI speeds up creatives, copy, landing pages, analytics and testing, and a small, strong team runs it Deliver leads to new service lines from day one of launch Lead and grow the existing team: you can hire, replace and bring in contractors as needed How we work: Plans are welcome when they come with numbers and deadlines. Vague promises like \"I'll look into it\" or \"I'll think it through\" are not. What we value most is \"done\", \"launched\", \"here are the results\". If something goes off track, we hear it from you first, together with what you've already done about it. The hard parts, upfront: Many cities, many service lines, new launches, all at once We track results daily: qualified leads, cost per lead, cost per paid job, plan completion by city. \"We'll see at the end of the month\" won't work here Leads go on to dispatchers and technicians. You don't run those teams, but you watch the full funnel. If leads get lost after handoff, you're the first to spot it and bring the numbers and a proposed fix This role is for you if you can prove that you: Owned lead volume and cost, and the numbers grew on your watch Launched channels from scratch and shut down the ones that didn't pay back Used AI in marketing for real work, with measurable results Got results through people and contractors Worked across multiple markets or cities at the same time Big plus: experience in home services or any field-service business.
