Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner

Night Hospitalist APP Opportunity in Odessa, TX

Join an established inpatient hospitalist program in a dedicated nighttime APP role offering a 7-on/7-off schedule and up to $180K in first-year compensation . You'll work alongside a dedicated nocturnist physician with strong specialty support.

Position Highlights

7-on/7-off , Tuesday-Monday 7:00 PM-7:00 AM
Work alongside a dedicated physician nocturnist
Hospitalist service manages an approximately 90-patient census
Physician handles admissions, codes, and rapid responses
- APPs are not responsible for running codes
Level III Trauma Center with strong specialty support
EMR: Cerner

Compensation & Benefits

$160,000 base salary
$10,000 quality bonus + $10,000 sign-on bonus
Medical, dental, and vision coverage
Simple IRA with 3% employer match after one year
Licensure, DEA, and professional association expenses reimbursed

Qualifications & Community

NP or PA with hospitalist/inpatient experience preferred.
ACNP/AGACNP certification is preferred for NPs but not required.
No visa sponsorship available.
