This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Brand Manager based in India.

This role is at the center of brand campaign execution, ensuring major initiatives move smoothly from planning through launch and post-campaign analysis. You will manage campaigns across on-campus activations, branded events, email and SMS communications, trunk shows, and recruitment initiatives. Working closely with Creative, Performance, Operations, campus teams, and external vendors, you will keep multiple workstreams aligned and on schedule. You will own project plans, timelines, budgets, documentation, content calendars, and campaign performance tracking. The role is ideal for a highly organized professional who anticipates risks, closes loops, and maintains a high standard of execution. You will also help strengthen team processes, reporting, and operational infrastructure while supporting broader marketing priorities. This is a fully remote opportunity offering significant exposure to fast-paced brand marketing and cross-functional campaign management.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of major brand campaigns, from kickoff and planning through deployment and post-mortem.
• Build and manage detailed project plans covering timelines, task ownership, budgets, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Creative, Performance, Operations, campus managers, and external vendors to ensure campaign elements are delivered accurately and on time.
• Maintain comprehensive campaign documentation, including timelines, KPI tracking, learnings, and post-campaign insights.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, recommend solutions, and drive issues through to resolution.
• Manage the production and deployment of brand email and SMS campaigns.
• Coordinate with Creative teams to secure high-quality assets and campaign copy.
• Maintain the email and SMS content calendar in partnership with brand leadership.
• Set up email campaigns in Iterable using approved templates and creative assets.
• Coordinate with the Performance email and SMS team to ensure campaigns are reviewed and deployed according to schedule.
• Own the brand team's project infrastructure, including Asana boards, shared filing systems, and campaign documentation.
• Prepare bi-weekly marketing strategy status updates covering OKR progress and upcoming campaign priorities.
• Manage multiple parallel workstreams while ensuring stakeholders remain informed and deliverables stay on track.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, project management, or a related field.
• Strong experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Iterable, Klaviyo, or comparable solutions.
• Comfort working with marketing analytics, campaign KPIs, and performance data.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong focus on execution quality.
• Strong follow-through and ownership, with the ability to keep stakeholders informed and close action items without constant supervision.
• Ability to anticipate potential issues, identify dependencies, and take action before problems affect delivery.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, particularly when working with teams and stakeholders who do not report directly to you.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• A strong sense of accountability and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work rather than simply completing tasks.
