Director of Marketing

Job Details: Job Location: Eagle Construction of VA LLC - Henrico, VA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $70000.00 - $90000.00Salary/year, Job Category: Marketing Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals, sales objectives, community growth plans, and overall business priorities. Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, email, signage, direct mail, and other relevant channels. Establish marketing priorities, budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure resources are allocated effectively. Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual presentation, and customer experience across all marketing channels. Identify emerging marketing trends, technologies, and opportunities to improve effectiveness, increase engagement, and maintain a competitive advantage. Lead marketing planning for new community openings, model home launches, grand openings, promotional events, and other sales-driving initiatives. Coordinate the development of marketing collateral, signage, photography, video, floor plans, brochures, digital assets, and other materials that showcase the company’s homes and communities. Work closely with Sales to understand buyer needs, competitive positioning, market conditions, and customer feedback. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies based on lead quality, traffic, sales activity, and business results. Coordinate with leadership and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives reflect current business priorities and accurately represent the company’s products, communities, and capabilities. Establish effective communication processes that keep stakeholders informed of marketing plans, launch schedules, campaign performance, and upcoming needs. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including the company website, search engine optimization (SEO), paid search, digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and online listings. Develop strategies to generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and increase traffic to model homes, sales centers, and active communities. Monitor campaign performance and use analytics, reporting, and customer insights to optimize marketing spend and improve results. Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and technology partners as needed. Ensure online community and home listings, floor plans, photography, pricing information, and promotional content are accurate, current, and compelling. Partner with Sales leadership and onsite sales teams to develop marketing strategies that support community launches, sales pace, inventory objectives, and absorption goals. Budget Management, Analytics & Reporting Develop and manage the marketing budget, tracking expenditures and evaluating return on investment across marketing channels and initiatives. Prepare regular marketing performance reports and communicate insights, recommendations, and results to company leadership. Use market research, competitive analysis, customer data, and sales performance trends to inform marketing strategy and identify opportunities for improvement. Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate services when appropriate, and ensure marketing investments deliver measurable value. Qualifications: Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred. 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with demonstrated experience leading marketing strategy and execution. Prior experience in residential homebuilding, real estate development, residential real estate, or a related industry strongly preferred. Proven experience managing multiple marketing channels, including digital advertising, websites, SEO, social media, email marketing, print, and traditional advertising.
