Description

• Manage and oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks promptly to maintain timelines and budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to clients and internal teams.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors to secure quality services at competitive rates.
• Oversee procurement and ensure materials are delivered on schedule.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

A successful Sr. Project Manager - Ground Up Public/Private Up To $50M should have:

• Experience managing ground-up construction projects in public and private sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and building codes.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
