You'll lead projects in the field, guide junior installers, troubleshoot challenges, and make sure every job meets high standards for quality, safety, and customer service.This is a year-round opportunity with strong hourly pay, excellent equipment, continued training, and a company that invests in its people.Pay & Benefits$38.46–$48.08/hour, depending on experience, certifications, and licensingFuel cardCompany phone & tabletFully stocked truck with top-of-the-line toolsMedical, dental, and vision insurancePTO401(k) with up to 4% company matchTuition reimbursementPaid continuing educationBoot & tool reimbursementRelocation assistanceWhat You'll Be DoingTake the lead on residential HVAC installations from kickoff through completionInstall furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related HVAC equipmentDirect jobsite activities and keep projects moving safely and efficientlyRead installation plans and ensure work meets code and company standardsTrain and mentor apprentices and junior installers in the fieldTroubleshoot installation challenges and determine practical solutionsMonitor labor hours and help keep projects on schedule and within budgetCommunicate with homeowners and provide a professional customer experienceExplain equipment operation and preventative maintenance to customersComplete installation documentation, timecards, and required paperworkMaintain company vehicles, tools, and equipmentCoordinate with service technicians, dispatch, and project leadershipWhat We're Looking For4+ years of residential HVAC installation experienceHands-on experience installing: forced-air furnaces, air conditioning systems, mini-split systemsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to independently lead HVAC installations with minimal supervisionStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility and willingness to train less-experienced installersProfessional communication and customer service skillsComfortable using tablets and mobile technologyAbility to climb ladders and perform the physical requirements of HVAC installationAbility to explain HVAC systems and equipment to homeownersStable work history; 2+ years with recent employers preferredEven Better If You HaveEPA Universal CertificationNATE Certification or willingness to obtain itResidential boiler installation experienceLight commercial HVAC installation experiencePreventative maintenance knowledgeLow-voltage wiring experienceThe Right FitYou take pride in clean, professional installations and don't cut corners.
