Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine client mental health needs, social determinants of health, and establish personalized treatment goals.

• Provide individualized counseling sessions, addressing various psychosocial issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts.

• Facilitate enriching group therapy sessions focused on psychoeducation and peer support, helping participants develop coping strategies and build a network of connection.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices, with measurable objectives to enhance client outcomes.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques including risk assessments, crisis de-escalation, and safety planning, while effectively liaising with emergency resources as needed.

• Advocate for client rights and assist them in accessing necessary healthcare and community services to navigate bureaucratic hurdles successfully.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards encompassing assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.
