\nMachine Operations, GD&T, Assembly Operation , Manufacturing Assembly, PCB, Hardware, 2D CAD, 3D CAD, CNC, Lathe Machines
\nJob Overview:
\nWe are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC machines and produce high-quality, precision-machined components.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n• Set up and operate CNC machines and monitor machine performance
\n• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
\n• Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
\n• Make machine adjustments and troubleshoot basic equipment issues
\n• Maintain production records, equipment, tools, and work areas
\n• Follow 5S, safety, PPE, and ISO 9001 requirements
\nRequirements:
\n• Strong blueprint-reading and mechanical skills
\n• Experience with precision measuring instruments
\n• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
\n• Ability to lift, up to 50 lbs.
\nPreferred:
\nG-code, GD&T, CNC mills/lathes/multi-axis machines, and machining certification or related technical education.
