Psychiatry Opportunity in Newburgh, Indiana | Adult Behavioral Health | 08/01/2026 Start

License/Certs: Indiana Medical License required; Board Certified preferred
Experience: Prior Psychiatry experience required

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (pay package discussed upon application)
Weekly pay via direct deposit

What You'll Do

Provide adult psychiatric assessments and develop treatment plans
Manage medication and monitor patient progress
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including NPs
Document patient encounters accurately in EMR
Participate in weekend call rotation during 14-day schedule
Support inpatients with acute behavioral health needs
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and standards

What You Need

Indiana Medical License
MD degree with Board Certification in Psychiatry
Minimum 2 years of inpatient psychiatric experience
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
Strong communication and documentation skills
