Resident Manager We are seeking a full‑time Resident Manager to join our team at Cornell Manor Apartments (80 units) and Evanbrook Apartments (148) in Portland, OR . Responsibilities include greeting community visitors, providing property information, engaging in leasing activities, explaining rental agreements, managing move‑in packages, entering data using Yardi & Tenant Tech, producing accurate reports, and resolving resident issues in a professional manner. The Resident Manager oversees office and maintenance staff, enforces company policies, and ensures the success of the property. Qualifications Applicants should have: 5+ years of prior leasing experience 3+ years of prior Resident Manager experience Excellent customer service skills Intermediate computer skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with Yardi and Tenant Tech Excellent leadership skills Work Schedule This is a full‑time position requiring Sunday availability. Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, weekdays 9 am‑6 pm and weekend 9 am‑5 pm (39.5 hrs/week). Compensation & Benefits Monthly salary range: $5,500 - $6,250 DOE plus commissions.
