RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER - RESIDENTS' BEACH HOUSE


The Restaurant General Manager - Residents' Beach House is a key leadership role within the Hualālai Club, responsible for overseeing a high-touch, relationship-driven dining experience for homeowners and their guests. Set in a relaxed yet refined beachfront setting, this role is ideal for a leader who thrives on building community, creating personalized experiences, and leading from the floor. The General Manager serves as the face of the outlet-fostering lasting relationships with residents while ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and a strong team culture.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture aligned with Four Seasons values

• Create a warm, personalized, and consistent experience for residents and guests

• Maintain a visible and active presence on the floor, especially during peak periods

• Build meaningful relationships with Hualālai Club members, anticipating preferences and delivering thoughtful service

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring seamless service and attention to detail

• Partner with culinary leadership to deliver high-quality, seasonally relevant menus

• Manage financial performance, including labor, cost control, and operational efficiency

• Drive continuous improvement while maintaining the unique beach house atmosphere-elevated, yet relaxed

WHAT TO BRING

• Experience leading in a luxury hospitality, resort, or private club environment

• A passion for relationship-driven service and creating memorable guest experiences

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire teams

• Business acumen across labor management, cost control, and operational performance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A hands-on, adaptable approach in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
