One of our best clients of the past 10 years is a world-leading manufacturer of robotic machinery and automation solutions for the semi-conductor industry. We are recruiting for a Director of Operations to lead their team on the Intel & Amkor sites, and we need a leader who has proven to excel in implementing automated machinery layouts and systems throughout customer sites and has strong experience within a semi-conductor environment.The Director of Operations is over Special Projects will lead the installation and startup of multiple cleanroom installation projects, from concept through commissioning. The Director of Operations will be the leader of the facility and will set the precedence for optimal performance and customer experience. This is the highest role on site and key position as main POC for high-profile clientele.The Director of Operations be responsible for:Align with installation leadership to develop resource plan for technical resourcesPlanning and executing strategy to optimize company performance and customer satisfaction of machineryWorking closely with GM and department managers to define goals and KPI expectations and lead departments to meet set target objectivesCommunicating clearly, effectively, and efficiently at all levels inside and outside the organizationSupport the safety program and implement Site Safety Plans in cooperation with Safety TeamDemonstrating strong understanding of design and assembly operations requirements for fabrication machinery industryWorking closely with sales management and engineering teams to meet company and customer objectivesManaging P&LCreate hiring, training, and other required human resource plans to support projectsThe Director of Operations will excel with:7+ years of proven success and experience with Clean Rooms, Robotics, Automated Machinery highly preferredBachelors Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, Industrial Technologies or related RequiredMust show strong career progressionHistory of working closely with customers in the semiconductor industryP&L Experience, or budget management in excess of $100MManaging department managers in order to achieve company and customer targetsCatering to high profile clients with a sense of urgency and quality controlExperience implementing custom-engineered machinery or industrial construction projects throughout industrial facilitiesProven history of successful team mentoring and management, optimizing business culture both locally and internationallyAbility to travel as neededThe Director of Operations will be rewarded with:Base $130,000-160,000 Annual SalaryPerformance bonusesProfit shareExceptional benefits packageComprehensive health insurance starting at $40/per pay period401kPaid vacation & holidaysCompany credit cardOpportunity to make a major impact, you will be recognized for your success!Paths for advancement potential to the executive teamMust be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipThis Company uses E-Verify to confirm identity and employment eligibility
