This position is fully remote, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and care. Our telehealth facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to facilitate seamless virtual consultations, therapy sessions, and client communications. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule within standard operating hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client evaluations to assess mental health needs and create personalized therapy plans that align with evidenced-based practices.

• Provide therapy to clients using a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, among others.

• Effectively implement behavioral therapy strategies, monitoring client progress and making adjustments as needed.
\n
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our electronic medical records system.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including training sessions and workshops, to stay updated on the latest trends in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, each with unique backgrounds, experiences, and mental health objectives. Your role will be pivotal in building trust and fostering a supportive environment conducive to healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a therapeutic setting, providing direct client care.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
