LHH is seeking a skilled Leave Management and Benefits professional for a long-term contract opportunity in Richmond, VA. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days onsite.

· Process leave-related transactions and maintain accurate HR system records

· Manage high-volume case work and ensure compliance with leave regulations

· Review and update leave documentation with accuracy and attention to detail

· Partner with employees to answer leave, policy, and pay-related questions

· Coordinate requests from HR vendors and support ad hoc HR activities

· Conduct audits, testing, and reporting to support service level goals

· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience

· Maintain confidential employee information and ensure data integrity

· Support compliance efforts and provide a high-quality leave management experience for employees

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
