Pay: $140,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year

Location: Hybrid opportunity based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We enjoy collaborating together in the office while offering flexibility for remote work when appropriate. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply.
Note: To be considered, you must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota and have at least 1 year of employment law experience, along with excellent legal writing skills and a strong work ethic.

Job Description
Advise employers on a broad range of employment law issues.
Handle employment litigation from inception through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents.
Conduct legal research and provide practical recommendations to clients.
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
Collaborate with partners and colleagues on complex employment matters.
Build trusted relationships with clients through responsive, high-quality legal counsel.
Stay current on developments in employment law and workplace regulations.
Qualifications
Active Minnesota Bar license.
1+ year of employment law experience.
Law firm experience strongly preferred.
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated with an exceptional work ethic.
Litigation experience is preferred but not required.
In-house or solo practice backgrounds will be considered if employment law experience is directly relevant.
