Experience- Proven experience in real estate administration demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued, allowing effective interaction with diverse clients and agents
- Experience in negotiation, sales support, marketing strategies, and customer service to drive business growth
- Administrative experience with proficiency in managing databases, scheduling tools, and legal documentation systems
- Familiarity with back office management systems or CRM platforms is a plus
- Basic Social Media Posting and Canva experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
