Our agency opened in 2019 and is a close-knit team of four focused on growth, accountability, and strong customer relationships. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a District Manager for Verizon Wireless, bringing leadership experience and a results-driven mindset into the agency. I hold a B.A. and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Strategic Corporate Finance. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. I’m also a business owner and proud dog mom to three miniature dachshunds. I lead with a servant leadership mindset and focus on supporting my team’s success. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Susan Smith - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
