Accounting Assistant
Location:
Amhurst, NH
Hours:

• Monday – Friday
  • 8:00am – 4:30pm

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of Accounting/similar experience
• Needs strong Excel experience
• CDK experience is strongly preferred
• AP/AR Experience

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks
• Assist with month-end close and payroll for 30-40 employees
• Assist with administrative support including internal document preparation, filing reports with state agencies, CRM system input, production updates, support for sales department, communication with suppliers, new equipment warrant registration and other tasks
• Create, fill, and track data in Excel spreadsheets
• Assist orderly job files both electronically and manually
• Follow through with assigned tasks
• Ensure that all work completed is professional and accurate

Pay Rate:

• $22 - 24 / hour Depending on Experience

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
