Inbound Coordinator; 2nd Shift

Sunday- Thursday

12pm- 8:30pm

What You'll Do

• Prepare receiving paperwork for the receiving team

• Complete PO's that have been received

• Coordinate appointments and drop carriers to the proper door

• Other General office responsibilities as assigned

What you need to succeed:

• Be a safety champion by promoting a safe and productive workplace through your own actions, including the proper use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment and safe lifting techniques as determined by the role.

• Be an active participant in contributing to a successful safety culture in the facility.

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• General knowledge of Ace procedures, requirements and rules

• Experience working in an office environment

• Computer based experience using internet applications and Microsoft Office
