Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles. Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention. Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks. Maintain basic computer knowledge and aptitude. Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Excellent problem‑solving skills. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services. Must have reliable transportation. Essential Functions Inspecting and replacing car lights and wipers. Checking fluid levels and adding fluids to vehicle when necessary. Inspecting/replace engine air filter and cabin air filter. Adding oil to engine in the proper amount based on vehicle specifications. Removing, rotating, lifting, and reinstalling tires for tire rotation service. Lubricating necessary components of the chassis/driveline. Performing additional services on cooling systems and transmissions. Performing second checks by visually verifying and performing proper callouts to ensure all services have been performed correctly. Moving from bay to bay to perform services on multiple vehicles. Frequently ascending/descending stairs, catwalks, or stepstools to retrieve vehicle parts or perform services on the top side or underneath the vehicle. Working for extended periods with arms above the head when performing services underneath the vehicle on a catwalk. Positioning self to perform required services under the hood, related to tires, or on a catwalk working underneath the vehicle. Moving/transporting items up to approximately 50 pounds. Working with tools to perform duties in tight or hard‑to‑reach areas. Communicating verbally and receiving verbal communication to ensure services are performed accurately, safely, and in the proper order. Working in varying temperature conditions, outdoors and indoors. Working in noisy environments, requiring raised voices to be heard. Being exposed to hazards such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, high heat, chemicals, fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, and restricted ventilation.
