Dental Assistant (with RDA)

Position We’re currently looking for a Registered Dental Assistant to support our Castle Dental team in Goodlettsville, TN. This is your chance to bring your clinical skills, upbeat energy, and patient-first mindset to a team that supports and celebrates you. Schedule (days/hours) Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm & 1 Saturday a month Responsibilities Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort Take and develop dental X-rays as needed Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols Educate patients on oral hygiene, post‑treatment care, and dental procedures Maintain accurate patient records and update charts Qualifications Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – required Dental Radiology (X‑Ray) Certification Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Knowledge of dental terminology and infection control standards Strong communication skills and a patient‑first mindset Compensation $18 - $21/hr About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
