Behavior Technician

Ally Behavior is a full‑time, center‑based early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis therapy program that serves children with autism aged 18 months to 6 years. Our mission is to deliver quality therapy to help early learners reach their potential in communication, social skills, and academic readiness. Job Summary As a Behavior Technician, you will provide 1‑on‑1 Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to early learners with autism in a center‑based setting. You will work under BCBA guidance, collect data, implement treatment plans, assist families, and collaborate with the clinical team. Pay range: $30,000–$35,000 USD. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Provide 1‑on‑1 ABA therapy to children in a center‑based setting Collect and track data using Central Reach on an iPad Implement BCBA‑designed treatment plans unique to each child Report client progress to the BCBA and assist in updating goals as necessary Assist the BCBA with family training on treatment plan implementation Collaborate with other clinicians and attend team meetings as scheduled Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Maintain open communication with families and clinical team to ensure effective treatment and goals Experience & Certifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in psychology, early childhood education, or related field preferred Experience working with children required (e.g., nanny, teacher, camp counselor); experience with developmental delays or special needs preferred RBT certification (or willingness to complete within 90 days) BLS certification (or willingness to complete prior to hire) Ability to work 8:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday through Friday Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Must pass federal and state background checks Physical Requirements Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, run, squat or stand for extended periods Ability to lift 30 pounds Personal Characteristics Requirements Passionate about supporting children with autism and families Skilled in building trust, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating as a team Strong communicator with patience, adaptability, and calm demeanor in stressful situations Strong multitasking, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities Committed to professional growth and development Company Benefits Paid Time Off: 18 days PTO plus 9 paid holidays Medical + HSA, dental, and vision coverage through Cigna 401(k) with company match Company‑sponsored DashPass Employee Assistance Program Short‑term disability, term‑life/AD&D insurance, critical illness, accident, hospital confinement, and pet insurance Professional development opportunities Tuition assistance eligibility after 6‑month benchmark Equal Opportunity Statement Ally Behavior is an equal opportunity employer.
