Registered Behavior Technician

Position: Registered Behavior Technician (Full Time) Location: Glen Allen, VA Within the Ivy ABA program, an RBT will assist with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the direction of a licensed BCBA. The role supports clinicians and helps children, families, and teammates develop new skills through effective autism therapy and professional communication. Key Responsibilities Assist with documentation and billing for ABA services. Deliver treatments and interventions under BCBA guidance. Support clinicians and families in skill acquisition. Maintain professional relationships with teammates, families, and patients. Qualifications 1+ years of experience as a behavior technician. Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a positive attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adaptability and flexibility to changing workload. Experience in customer service and patient care. Self‑motivated with a drive to exceed expectations.
