The Securities & Public Company Advisory department is seeking a mid‑level to senior associate with a minimum of 3 years of substantial experience in securitization, structured finance, structured products, corporate and/or real estate. CLO, CMBS, Repo, and other ABL finance experience is also a plus, but not required. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and solid law firm work experience. Salary range: $260,000 – $435,000 per year, with additional compensation such as annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses.
