Customer Program Manager

Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end execution of assigned customer‑specific silicon programs from early engagement through SOP, volume ramp, and sustaining. Serve as the single point of contact for program execution with the customer, providing clear communication on status, risks, and commitments. Drive cross‑functional coordination across IP, design, verification, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams. Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, and risk registers for complex custom products. Proactively identify, manage, and elevate technical, schedule, cost, or supply risks. Support change management, including scope changes, milestones updates, and customer change requests. Ensure programs meet customer delivery, quality, and performance expectations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. 15+ years of experience in semiconductors, with exposure to SoC, MCU, or custom silicon programs. Experience working directly with customers and internal engineering teams across silicon development lifecycles. Strong execution mindset with ability to operate independently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
