Maintenance Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead facility and equipment maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, managing maintenance personnel, and ensuring safe and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a maintenance team. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Ensure equipment uptime, safety, and operational efficiency. Manage maintenance schedules, budgets, and resources. Coordinate maintenance activities with operations teams. Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Previous experience in a Maintenance Manager or related leadership role. 3–5 years of management experience. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of maintenance processes, systems, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is preferred.
