- Outpatient-only practice with an established team of 1 ENT physician and 2 Advanced Practice Providers
- Strong clinical and administrative support to maximize efficiency
- Modern clinic utilizing Athena EMR
- Monday-Thursday schedule (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) with a dedicated operating room day
- Manage a comfortable patient volume of approximately 15 patients per day
- Competitive base salary plus wRVU productivity incentives
