• Support Staff: Front office staff, dedicated medical assistant & dedicated office manager.

• Required Procedures:

• IP with PICU, Attend C-sections/high risk
• Non-invasive vent mgmt (bipap/cpap)
• Ventilation mgmt (newborn): acute
• Intubation (ENT/INT): newborn
• Circumcision (type); preferred

• Lab & X-ray Onsite: Yes in the hospital
• Beds in the Dept: 8
• Nursery Level: I
• EMR: Athena (clinic), Medhost (hospital)
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active AZ License or IMLC
• BC

• PALS

• Can cover both IP & OP
• Must be experienced
