Regional Sales Manager - Telecom (JN -082026-294800) Miami, Florida Salary: USD90000 - USD100000 per annum + commission & company car Overview Our Client, a leading systems integrator that designs, deploys, and supports mission-critical communications networks, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth by developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships throughout the assigned territory. Success in this role requires identifying customer challenges, developing consultative technology solutions, coordinating internal resources, and consistently achieving sales objectives. This is an individual contributor position. Location: Miami, FL (remote with travel in Broward & Dade County) Salary Range: $90-$100k + commission + COMPANY VEHICLE Key Responsibilities Drive business development efforts for solutions and services within the assigned territory. Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan focused on both new and existing customers, leveraging the full portfolio of integrated solutions. Coordinate internal and external resources to assess customer needs and develop effective solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers and decision-makers, from technical users and administrators to executive leadership and elected officials. Maintain accurate and current sales pipeline forecasts using the organization's CRM platform to achieve sales targets. Document and manage all relevant sales activities within the CRM system. Lead and support customer proposal development and win strategies. Continuously enhance business development skills, product knowledge, and account expertise. Represent the organization at local conferences, trade shows, and industry events, providing valuable market insights back to the business. Collaborate effectively with strategic business partners. Communicate product information, pricing, and marketing initiatives clearly and effectively to prospective customers. Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding relationship‑building efforts, sales activities, and business development progress. Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of successful business development experience, preferably within communications, technology, or IT-related industries. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance objectives. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex sales opportunities to successful outcomes. Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Ability to effectively represent the organization at all levels, from end users to executive leadership. Experience selling into multiple vertical markets, including Public Safety, Business & Industry, Education, and Healthcare, is highly preferred. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required. Highly self‑motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
